Anping District
Anping District is the historical core of Tainan and the site of the original colonial town. At the site, there are various things to be seen, such as traditional handicrafts and local food sold along Anping Old Street. While taking a look at the area, the Anping Tree House is another interesting place to pay a visit to. The trees overtook the house and made the fusion of nature and man-made structure. The adventure of discovering ancient buildings made from bricks and pestle comprising of glutinous rice, oyster ashes, and syrup will surely be a rich experience.
