Váci u. is a busy pedestrian street in Budapest. There is plenty of restaurants, elite shops, clubs, and souvenir shops on this street. It is always full of tourists, so it is not surprising that local restaurants and shops have much higher prices than the rest of Budapest. Even exchange offices have a higher commission, although it is often written that there is no commission. And yet, this street is a great place to get acquainted with the hectic life of the Hungarian capital.
