Omodos
Omodos is a small, typical village in the south of Cyprus. What makes it special is a wine production that has a tradition of thousands of years. There are claims that Sultan Selim conquered Cyprus to have these wines only for himself. The village is adorned with the monastery of Timios Stavros from the 17th century.
