Lake Titicaca is the largest lake in South America situated in the Andes on the border of Bolivia and Peru. This lake is home to the man-made Uros Floating Islands, more than 530 aquatic species and it is believed to be the birthplace of Incas. The area is one of the landmarks of Peru and a popular tourist attraction.
