Huanchaco

Huanchaco is a resort town near the city Trujillo, known for its surf breaks, caballitos de totora - reed watercraft and its ceviche -a seafood dish. Chan Chan is a popular attraction point. Today an archaeological site and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Chan Chan was the largest city of the pre-Columbian era in South America.
