Monday's Falls
Paraguay is a country known for building some of the most impressive dams in this part of the world. However, Monday's Falls or Saltos del Monday is one of the natural phenomena related to watercourses in this beautiful country. In the southern part of the city of Presidente Franco, the Monday River has formed cascades that captivate with their beauty and is considered one of the favorite picnic spots of the inhabitants of this city. The three main waterfalls, about 40 meters high, depending on the schedule of annual precipitation, can be a romantic sight, but also strong giants.
