Playa Maderas
What makes the Pacific coast more interesting than the Caribbean is certainly the opportunity to ride mighty ocean waves. One of the most popular surfing spots in Nicaragua is Playa Maderas. Positioned in the southwest of the country, just a few kilometers northwest of Playa San Juan del Sur, visitors often combine visits to these beaches. Although, it often happens that wave lovers extend their visit for a few days.
