Bayan-Ölgii
Bayan-Ölgii is the westernmost province of Mongolia, on the border of Russia, China, and Mongolia, and the closest to Kazakhstan (37 kilometers from this country), so the population is almost 90 percent Kazakh. Also, this province is proud of the Altai Mountains, which are surrounded by snow and ice all year round, and many peaks exceed a height of 4000 meters, so this is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, and snow sports fans.
