Mohammad Al-Amin Mosque is the largest and most beautiful mosque in Lebanon. Its biggest dome is 48 meters high, and all of the domes are lined with blue tiles, after which it received the colloquial name Blue Mosque. The minarets are 65 meters high and placed in all four corners of the building. The mosque was built in the Ottoman style and is affiliated with Sunni Islam. Visitors emphasize the beautiful architecture and ornamentation, as well as the beautiful surroundings of this magnificent building.
