Tham Kong Lo
Tham Kong Lo or Kong Lor Cave is located in the central part of the country. This cave is referred to as a geological wonder of Southeast Asia. At this magical place, the Nam Hin Bun River disappears into the Earth. The cave that leads the river into the depths is big in some parts and breathtaking all along. For most of its 7 kilometers, you will explore the cave by boat, and part of the way has to be done on foot. You will receive safety vests at the entrance, and you can also rent a flashlight. Tourists who have visited Tham Kong Lo emphasize the feeling as if they found themselves in a mythical underworld during their stay in the cave.
