Malindi
Malindi is a coastal town that hosted Vasco de Gama back in 1498. As part of that event, Vasco da Gama Pillar was erected here. Since then, it has been known that this city is happy to host travelers from all over the world. This city is especially popular among Italians, and rumors say that part of the Sicilian Cosa Nostra found refuge here. What we know as a fact is that this charming city is home to Malindi Marine National Park, Malindi Museum, Juma Mosque, Portuguese Church, and Malindi Pier which is worth a visit.
