Appleton Estate

In the northern part of St. Elizabeth Parish in Jamaica lies the Appleton Estate, which is an authentic sugar cane plantation, for which Jamaica has been known for centuries, and a rum distillery. Rum has a long tradition in the Caribbean, and many nations consider it a national drink. The Appleton Estate distillery is the largest and has the longest tradition in Jamaica, from 1749. Here you can see the complete process of rum production, you can taste their three best-selling blends, and at the end of the presentation, you will be served a meal and a small bottle of rum as a souvenir.
