Ladakh
Ladakh is a mountainous place located in the northern Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The beautiful mountain passes, clear water bodies, thick snow, and the various Tibetan monasteries make the place a favorite among tourists. The best time to visit the region is from April to June when the ice has completely thawed and the weather is at its best. The nearest airport in the region is Kushok Bakula Rimpochee airport which is connected to the state capital city of Delhi.
