St. Nicholas Abbey

St. Nicholas Abbey, despite its name, is not a religious institution. Not a theological one, at least. This plantation was built in 1660 as a family home and remained that for 360 years. Visitors love to see how sugar cane was processed in sugar cane plants, and how their famous rum is made. Here you can find a very nice terrace restaurant and a beautiful garden with tropical animal residents.
