Pico Bolivar

The highest point in the Andes Mountains in Venezuela, Pico Bolivar is 4,978 meters high permanently covered with snow and three small glaciers. The peak is named after the Venezuelan independence hero Simón Bolívar. The summit is only accessible by foot, but visitors can use the cable car to the Pico Espejo.
