Joshua Tree National Park is the southeastern Californian national park located on the east of Los Angeles, near the cities of San Bernardino and Palm Springs. As the name of this place suggests, it has been given because of the Joshua trees which are native to the Mojave Desert. It's a great area for any hiking and camping lovers. This national park contains 9 established campgrounds, but only two of them can provide water and flush toilets. Make sure you'll plan your stay well as these camps are very often fully booked. From these camps, one can start many trails from easy to very challenging and quite dangerous difficulties. While in Summer the temperatures here can reach extreme numbers, during Autumn you'll appreciate a light jacket during the stay in this beautiful place on Earth.
