Anahulu Cave
Anahulu Cave is located on the east coast of the main island of Tongatapu. The Anahulu cave system is interesting for visitors because this cave has a freshwater swimming pool. It is the only natural freshwater pool on this island. Through a cave system is about 400 meters long, there are several pools of different depths and beautiful clear water that is not very cold. Visitors point out the lack of infrastructure as the main advantage and the main disadvantage. For some, the lack of a changing cabin is an unacceptable omission. For others, a beautiful natural setting, stalagmites, and stalactites are something that should not be spoiled by traces of human presence.
