Bamboo Island
Bamboo Island or Koh Phai in Thai is one of the six islands belonging to Phi Phi small archipelago in southern Thailand’s Province of Krabi. This island is a tropical dream come true, completely surrounded by a strip of white sand. Its central part is covered with lush vegetation including Bamboo trees that gave its name. Bamboo Island is a perfect place for a day trip. Besides swimming in crystal clear water and sunbathing on the white sand, some of the opportunities on the island include snorkeling with the presence of coral reefs lying at a short distance from its shore.
