Hallasan National Park is located on Jeju Island and is surrounded by the Halla-san volcano, which is also the highest mountain peak in South Korea. The island is located about 90 kilometers south of the southwesternmost point of the continental part of the country. Hallasan National Park is on the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Sites lists. The park has seven beautiful hiking trails, which will take you to the main attractions, and which will take you between an hour and five hours to pass in one direction.
