Starfish Beach
Starfish Beach or Playa Estrella is located on the northwestern part of the Caribbean coast of Panama, on the island of Bocas del Toro. It is named after the starfish that live in the shallow and warm water on this beach. Maybe its popularity has started to work against this beach, so it happens that the beach is crowded and there are a lot of boats and jet skies, but if you come on a weekday, you can count on a somewhat calmer situation and more starfish. And while you’re at the beach, look above you. Sloths can also be seen on the trees, a few steps from the beach.
