Inle Lake

Inle Lake is the second largest lake in Myanmar, located in the Shan state. The lake is not an expected destination for tourists but offers so many spectacular sights. It became the first designated place of UNESCO World Network of Biosphere Reserves. Floating gardens, many endemic species found nowhere else in the world but here, Buddhist temples, and numerous small villages are all forming an incredibly beautiful destination to visit while in Myanmar.
