Lovcen National Park is a point in southwestern Montenegro where the Mediterranean and Continental climate meets. The historical, cultural, natural, and architectural heritage of Lovcen is protected by the national park, where visitors can enjoy spectacular nature and great biodiversity. One of the most visited and popular spots to visit is the Mausoleum of Njegoš, a 19th-century Prince-Bishop of Montenegro, as well as a known poet and philosopher, who asked to be buried at a top Mount Lovćen.
