Ancient Stobi

This area was a Roman province Macedonia Secunda and its capital city was Stobi. Nowadays ancient Stobi is one of the most important archeological sites in this part of Balkans. There are rich mosaic findings, Roman theatre, 4 basilicas and much more to see. Near the site is one of the biggest wineries in the country that travelers can visit and are also Stobi.
