Casemates du Bock
Casemates du Bock is a series of underground tunnels, passages, and galleries that were part of the fortifications in the northeast corner of the Old City of Luxembourg City. In this part, the walls were mostly natural vertical rocks above the river Alzette, which were a part of the city's fortification. Today, the casemates are a tourist attraction where visitors can get acquainted with the city's defense system, supplies during the sieges, and various interesting facts related to life in war and peace.
