Trakai Island Castle

Trakai is a historic city and lake resort in Lithuania. Once the nation’s capital, the small town is encircled by five lakes. The 14th century Trakai Castle was a summer home of the Grand Dukes of Lithuania. There are knights in armor competitions and other dramatic events like the staging of the Pilenai opera.
