Mzima Springs is a series of four freshwater springs in Tsavo National Park, in the southeast of the country. These springs produce a fantastic 250 million liters of water per day. Mzima is a natural habitat for hippos and Nile crocodiles. There are also many bird species, especially waterfowl. A big attraction among visitors is the underwater viewing chamber in which you can see the grace of hippos while swimming and diving, as well as a multitude of fish.
