The magnificent Hazret Sultan Mosque is located in the capital of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan. It was built in the period from 2009 to 2012, according to the suggestion of President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Its name is associated with Khoja Ahmed Yasavi, who is also known by the epithet Holy Sultan (Hazret Sultan). The mosque can accommodate 5,000 worshipers, and up to 10,000 during major holidays. The dome is 51 meters high, and its four minarets are 77 meters high. Visitors are delighted with both the exterior and interior of this beautiful example of Islamic architecture.
