Gateway of India, Mumbai
Located in the commercial capital of India, Mumbai, the Gateway of India was constructed to commemorate the arrival of King George V and Queen Mary in Mumbai. The Gateway of India is built in the shape of an Arch overlooking the great Arabian sea. The place is famous among both tourists and locals as it provides an excellent view of the Arabian sea. The gateway can easily be accessed from any part of Mumbai by taxi and bus.
