Ajanta Caves
Ajanta Caves is one of the major tourists’ spots in the western Indian state of Maharashtra. These are rock-cut Buddhist caves that have painting and rock-cut sculptures depicting ancient Indian art. The major attractions of the cave include Kailasanatha temple, Grishneshwar temple, The Buddhist caves, and Jain caves. Ajanta Caves is approximately 450 km away from Mumbai, the cultural capital of India, and can be reached by bus or car.
