Santa Catalina Arch

Santa Catalina Arch is one of the landmarks of Antigua Guatemala, a city that has long been the capital of Guatemala. This city has preserved many buildings built under the influence of the Spanish Baroque and is on the UNESCO list. The Santa Catalina Arch was built in the 17th century so that nuns from the convent could go to school without having to walk down the street.
