Mtskheta

Mtskheta is one of the oldest cities of Georgia and religious capital declared as a Holy City. Historical Monuments of Mtskheta, due to a large historical significance was placed on a UNESCO's List of World Heritage in Danger. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Jvari Monastery are amongst the most significant monuments of Georgian Christian architecture.
