Seaplane Harbor is part of the Estonian Maritime Museum, which is one of the best museums in Europe. It is located in abandoned hangars for aquaplanes from the Soviet era. The exhibits are arranged in three levels: air, sea surface, and below sea level. Here you can see submarines, ships, and aquaplanes, as well as various props related to the sea. The Lembit submarine is especially popular, as is the 100-year-old icebreaker Suur Tõll.
