Banos
Located in the central part of the country, Baños de Agua Santa or simply Banos belongs to the Tungurahua Province, which occupies the eastern part of Ecuador. The city is known as the gate of the Amazon because the rainforests of the Amazon basin begin here. Also, Banos is known for 60 waterfalls, various facilities for extreme sports such as bridge jumping, kayaking, rafting, etc. Also, various tours to Llanganates National Park start from here. It is not surprising that this city is popular with tourists all year round.
