Kalinago Barana Aute is a model of the pre-Columbian village of the Kalinago indigenous people, located on the east coast of the island. Various examples of Kalinago culture are shown in this village, and demonstrations of their skills are organized every day, such as building canoes, weaving baskets, carving ornaments on coconut, etc. There is the main hut, which is used for cultural programs and concerts, and a few plain huts, as a part of the exhibition.
