The whole republic of Djibouti is surrounded by the Gulf of Tadjoura. Named after the city of Tadjourah, this bay is part of the Indian Ocean. Almost the entire population of this country is inhabited on the shores of the bay. The bay is too rich in life, primarily coral reefs that attract many animal species. Tourists love diving in many locations of this bay. Also, the cities of Obock and Tadjourah have a rich history and a beautiful view of the bay.
