Bay of Pigs

Flushed by waters of Caribbean sea, located on the south shore of Cuba stretches the Bay of Pigs, a place which is historically important for the failed Bay of Pigs Invasion in 1961. Nowadays, the bay is very popular among both locals and visitors for the rich flora and fauna, coral reefs, Zapata swamp and beautiful beaches like Playa Larga and Playa Girón.
