Corcovado National Park

One of the few places in the world where the tropical primary forest has been preserved is Corcovado National Park. The park is located on the southern part of the Pacific coast, on the Osa Peninsula. Established in 1975, it is the biggest national park in Costa Rica. It covers 424 square kilometers and 46 kilometers of sandy beach. Visitors can see perhaps the greatest biodiversity on Earth.
