Buddha Dordenma

Buddha Dordenma is a 52-meter statue constructed to commemorate the anniversary of the fourth king of Bhutan. This statue is one of the largest Buddha statues in the world and its construction was finished in 2006. This statue is an icon of forbearance and visitors can enjoy the view of the whole picturesque Thimphu valley from there.
