Hoge Kempen National Park is the first National Park in Belgium. Hoge The park is covering 60 square kilometers and visitors can enjoy mirror-like lakes and misty pine forests, and see many rare and special animals and plants. Hoge Kempen National Park was rewarded back in 2008, winning Goldman Environmental Prize (the "Green Nobel Prize").
