Mount Agung is the tallest mountain in Bali and it is substantially & spiritually important for local citizens. It is 3.033 meters above sea level. For those of you who like challenging hikes, Mount Agung is the right choice. The view from the peak is majestic. TIP: Due to spiritual importance, avoid going in April as many religious ceremonies are underway. Climbers are off limit at this point. Also, avoid going on the rainy part of the year.
